Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we offer easy returns as per the following policy:

🕒 Return Window:
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

📦 Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Used, damaged or washed products will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-returnable Items:
- Innerwear or personal hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items on clearance or final sale

🔄 Exchanges:
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or wrongly delivered. If you need to exchange, contact us at hscreation2022@gmail.com

💸 Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
- If approved, the refund will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method or store wallet.

📦 Return Shipping:
- If the product is defective or wrongly delivered, return shipping is FREE.
- If returned for any other reason, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Replacement/ Exchanges will be done in 5-6 days
